CORONA AND SANTA ANA RIVER LAKES NOW HERE’S THE BIG NEWS, AND THERE IS LOTS OF GOOD NEWS. First off, our big Woxof Alaskan Fishing Trip for two, a $6,000.00 fabulous fishing trip to Point Baker Alaska, is up and running. The largest trout caught by February 28th, 2010, at either Corona Lake or Santa Ana River Lake, will be the winner. If the trout is caught on any Eagle Claw bait, scent or attractant, Eagle Claw will pay $1,000.00 toward plane fair to Alaska. This trip is three days and four nights, in the heart of huge King Salmon and barn door Halibut fishing areas of Alaska.
Number 2, don't forget to have your picture taken, with your catch, on our exclusive web cam. If you do, you will be automatically entered into our weekly drawing for over $300.00 worth of prizes, including rods, reel, fishing passes and free boat rentals.
Number 3, our next 24 hour fishing session will be this Friday, February 5th and Saturday, February 6th.
Number 4, Corona Lake is filled up to capacity right to the top of the dam. The water is clearing quickly and the fishing has been very, very good this week. Additionally, a lot of big catfish have been coming in due to the rains and huge sturgeon, 80 and a 100 pounder have come from both Lakes.

Our Lakes are the best for fishing in the rain. You can park right next to the Lake and fish. If the rain comes you can take shelter in your car or under a popup tent if you have one. Also, the shore line is sandy and not sloppy and muddy so you won't have sticky mud all over your boots to get all over your car and clothing. So don't avoid fishing in the rain at our Lakes, because some of the best fishing can be had in the rain.
